Mision

IMPaCT-Data is the program of IMPaCT (Iinfrastructure of Medicine of Precision associated with Science and * *T**echnology) that is oriented towards the development and validation of an environment for the integration and joint analysis of clinical, molecular and genetic data, for its secondary use in coordination with the other IMPaCT programs. Similarly, this program will generate models that allow for an efficient response to relevant questions for the SNS, promoting the generation of high-level knowledge based on these approaches.

Vision

The creation of the infrastructure for the secondary use of the data of the Spanish health systems: electronic medical records, medical imaging and genomic repositories and contributing to the health system with the consent and methodology generated.

Objectives

The main objective is to develop the first iteration of the infrastructure and protocols necessary to coordinate, integrate, manage and analyze clinical data, including medical imaging and genomic information, so that it is possible to implement Personalized Medicine in an efficient and coordinated manner in different health care systems.
